SPORTS ON THE WEB: THESTREET.COM SHARES CONTENT WITH FOX

TheStreet.com and News Corp. reached a content
syndication agreement where TheStreet.com will offer sports
scores powered by FoxSports.com. The sports page hosted on
TheStreet.com will include updated scores, along with links
to FoxSports.com's game previews and recaps (TheStreet.com).
BRONCOS LINK WITH ASC: The Broncos signed a four-year,
multi-million dollar Internet development and marketing
relationship with N.Y.-based ACS Sports.com. ACS will
relaunch the site around the upcoming NFL Draft on April 15
or 16 (Broncos). In Denver, Dina Berta writes that the
Broncos and ACS "share in the revenues generated through
sponsorship and advertising of the site." ACS will "cover
the cost of revamping the site." The team's site averaged
nearly 100,000 visits and more than 660,000 page views each
week during the NFL season (ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS, 2/29).
FOR DISPLACED NEW YORKERS: NEWSDAY's Steve Zipay notes
that WFAN is not "accessible live on the Internet," unlike
"many other radio stations." WFAN GM Lee Davis: "I can't
tell you how many calls we get about this. But Infinity's
[WFAN's parent] policy is not to have any streaming audio
for its 175 stations. ... When that will change, I don't
know." Zipay writes that analysts feel that WFAN webcasts
may be available in six months to a year (NEWSDAY, 2/29).
ONLINE NOTES: The SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL's Liz Mullen
reports that the NBA "plans to launch five international
versions of NBA.com this fall and may begin to sell regional
foreign sponsorships as part of the new enterprise."
Regions the league are currently considering are: Japan,
China, Latin America and two European countries
(SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 2/28 issue)....Lycos reports that
the term "NASCAR" was the 12th most searched term on its
search engine for the week ending February 26 (USA TODAY,
2/29)....IL-based Hollinger Int'l and Wayne Gretzky launched
     the hockey site Faceoff.com yesterday (SUN-TIMES, 2/29).
