ISC GOES ONLINE TO SELL ITS GOODS WITH MOTORSPORTS STORE

Int'l Speedway Corp. (ISC) this week began selling
merchandise for "top dollar" via the Internet at
www.iscmotorsportsstore.com, which is designed and operated
by PSINet, according to Thomas Brown of the Daytona Beach
NEWS-JOURNAL. Michael Gentry, President of Americrown
Service Corp., ISC's souvenir vending unit, said that ISC
"decided to keep online prices the same as those charged at
track booths" in order to prevent "confusion" among the
fans. Brown noted that Gentry "declined to offer any
estimates" for how much revenue the online operation will
produce for ISC (Daytona Beach NEWS-JOURNAL, 2/10).
