EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          DAREN LUCAS, who has served as Dir of Ticket Operations
     at the Univ. of NC since '91, has been named to the same
     position at FL-based ISC.  While at UNC, Lucas directed the
     sale, accounting and distribution of $13-15M in ticket sales
     annually for football, men's basketball and all Olympic
     sports and special events (ISC)....Padres public address
     announcer BRUCE BINKOWSKI is leaving, effective Opening Day
     after being named Exec Dir of the Culligan Holiday Bowl. 
     Binkowski served as the PA announcer for the past 14 years
     (Padres)....TERESA KRUZE has left TSN after 14 years.  She
     will leave effective February 29 to pursue career
     opportunities that will include commercial voice work,
     acting and writing (TSN).
