DAILY FOUNDER POLLACK MOVES FROM NBA TO BROADBAND SPORTS

          NBA VP/Marketing & Corporate Communications and THE
     SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY Founder and Publisher JEFFREY POLLACK
     will join Broadband Sports as VP/New Media Publishing,
     effective February 1.  Pollack, who founded THE DAILY in '94
     and served as VP/Publisher until March '98, will manage all
     publishing efforts for Broadband Sports and will report to
     CEO RICHARD NANULA.  Pollack said, "I have had two wonderful
     years at the league and I am grateful to ... David Stern and
     everyone at the NBA for the opportunity to be part of a
     special organization."  Pollack is the fifth senior exec to
     join Broadband Sports in recent months (Broadband Sports).
