USTA SEEKS SENIOR LICENSING AND MERCHANDISING EXEC

          The United States Tennis Association, the national
     governing body for the sport of tennis, seeks a Senior
     Executive to manage its licensing and merchandising program. 
     Responsibilities include licensing management of: US Open,
     USA Tennis and USTA brands; Managing all merchandising
     aspects of the US Open Tennis Championships, including
     soliciting licensees, negotiating licenses, overseeing
     product development, overseeing relationship with
     merchandise concessionaire and selling spaces to on-site
     vendors; Recommending and implementing strategic licensing
     initiatives; E-commerce management; Overseeing direct mail
     merchandise campaigns and working with internal USTA
     constituencies on all merchandise programs and needs. 
     Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years
     licensing and management experience, strong history of
     ability to increase licensing revenues, event and e-commerce
     experience.  Position includes budget and personnel
     responsibility.  The USTA is an equal opportunity employer.
