EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that Reebok VP/Sports
     Marketing JOHN FRASCOTTI is leaving the company after more
     than ten years to become President & COO of MA-based
     MyTeam.com.  Lefton also notes, "In a reversal of recent
     moves," GREG MILLARD, NFLP Manager of Corporate
     Sponsorships, who left for a job at Broadbandsports.com, has
     returned to NFLP in the same capacity (BRANDWEEK, 1/17).
     ...The SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL's Andy Bernstein reports that
     MLS has named MARK NOONAN as VP/Marketing & Fan Development. 
     Noonan was VP/Marketing for the U.S. Soccer Federation.  MLS
     will separate marketing from sales under a reorganization
     after the departure of MLS CMO RANDY BERNSTEIN (See THE
     DAILY, 1/10) (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 1/17 issue).....SONDRA
     BASEGGIO has left as Dir of Marketing & Communications for
     Fox Sports Net OH to join local management firm Hermes
     Sports & Events (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 1/14).
          TEAM CHANGE: In Boston, Steve Bulpett wrote, "In a move
     that has baffled many in the Boston business community, the
     Celtics have let go" Senior VP/Administration JOE DILORENZO. 
     Bulpett wrote the "break appears to involve a difference of
     opinion with someone higher on the management food chain"
     and added that DiLorenzo's ties "to local business leaders
     have been quite valuable to the organization."  DiLorenzo
     was the "hands-on leader in developing" the team's new
     practice facility in Waltham, MA (BOSTON HERALD, 1/15).
