EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          WLADIKA MOVES ON: Fox Sports Senior VP/Media Relations
     VINCE WLADIKA has resigned, effective immediately.  Wladika
     cited his new role as a parent in leaving Fox Sports, which
     he joined in '94 as Dir of Media Relations.  Wladika intends
     to work as a consultant, including assignments for Fox
     Sports.  Wladika's duties will be assumed by Fox Sports
     VP/Media Relations LOU D'ERMILIO, who worked with Wladika in
     establishing the department from its inception (Fox Sports).
          EXECS: TV Guide Online named TOM HAGOPIAN as President. 
     Hagopian, who will report to TV Guide President & COO PETER
     BOYLAN III, was previously Cablevision Systems
     VP/Interactive Products.  Before joining Cablevision,
     Hagopian was an exec at ESPN and InterZine (THE DAILY).
     Former Nike Canada Marketing Dir MICHAEL ALLEN has been
     named Group Account Dir by TBWA/Chiat/Day (BRANDWEEK, 1/10).
