     consulting company ko/Envision with PHILIP ANSCHUTZ (DENVER
     POST, 1/9)....In L.A., Scott Howard-Cooper reported that
     Lakers G KOBE BRYANT's CD "Visions" is scheduled for release
     in March (L.A. TIMES, 1/9)....The press room at
     AmericanAirlines Arena was "dedicated" in memory of former
     Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel sportswriter ROBES PATTON, who
     covered the Heat for their first ten seasons (Ft. Lauderdale
     SUN-SENTINEL, 1/9)....In Dallas, Brad Townsend writes that
     PGA Tour Commissioner TIM FINCHEM will join DAVID DUVAL for
     a week of skiing in ID (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 1/10)....ESPN
     anchor LINDA COHN, on the fictional producer DANA WHITAKER
     (played by FELICITY HUFFMAN), on ABC's "SPORTS NIGHT": "They
     made her the typical stereotype woman who is struggling to
     be in charge.  It makes me want to throw up.  I lost a lot
     of respect for 'Sports Night' because of that" (CHICAGO
     TRIBUNE, 1/10)....Jets QB RAY LUCAS appeared on CBS' "Late
     Show" with David Letterman.  On his relationship with BILL
     PARCELLS, Lucas said, "You don't really want to go and talk
     to Parcells unless you really have to" (CBS, 1/7).
