MARKETPLACE ROUND-UP

          CT-based Star Struck, a cataloger and online retailer
     of licensed sports apparel and collectibles, has signed on
     as the Official Catalog of MLS through 2002.  Star Struck
     will produce an MLS catalog to launch in the spring and will
     act as the fulfillment house for league merchandise at
     MLSgear.com (Star Struck)....Home ice rink systems maker
     Advanced Sport Technologies has signed a two-year non-
     exclusive deal as an Official Licensee of USA Hockey (USA
     Hockey)....The Big South Conference has reached an agreement
     to incorporate SciDel's virtual signage into its regional TV
     games.  Also, the conference has renewed its partnership
     with the USPS for the '99-2000 basketball season (Big
     South)....Gale Sayers, Tony Dorsett, Paul Hornung, Sam Huff,
     Y.A. Tittle and Don Maynard are among the retired NFL
     players featured on the labels of Hall of Fame Series Sports
     Legend Lager produced by MN Brewing Co. and marketed by
     former Raiders C Jim Otto (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 12/16).
     ...David Blackburn, the winner of a Valvoline sweeps for a
     trip for four to the Rose, Fiesta and Sugar Bowls, a New
     Year's Eve Eagles concert and $25,000: " I've always been a
     Valvoline customer.  I don't think I'll look for another oil
     again" (Cleveland PLAIN-DEALER, 12/14).
