EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Former SportsLine.com VP/Marketing KENNETH DOTSON has
     been named CMO for uBid.com.  Dotson was at SportsLine from
     '94-98 (uBid.com)....NMG has named DEANA CAMMARATA-CHENEY as
     Marketing Manager and JON O'SHEAL as Senior Account Exec in
     the PR division.  Cammarata-Cheney will be managing IBM's
     account with the NBA, while O'Sheal will be working on some
     NHL-related programs (NMG)....The DAILY RACING FORM's Glenye
     Cain reports that The Jockey Club Exec Dir GEORGE "NICK"
     NICHOLSON has been named Keeneland Association President &
     CEO, effective January 15.  Nicholson will become the sixth
     president in the track's history (DAILY RACING FORM,
     12/15)....USA Rugby named AMY WILSON as Media &
     Communications Dir (USOC)....Atlanta Motor Speedway named
     ROCK UPCHURCH and GREG HARVEY as Sales Execs.  Upchurch was
     a sports marketing exec for the Oilers/Titans Radio Network,
     while Harvey spent the past three years as an Account Exec
     at Capitol Sports in NC (AMS)....NJ-based Allen Consulting
     President SYLVIA ALLEN has been named sponsorship consultant
     for the IL Sports Hall of Fame & Museum (Allen).
