NHL FINALIZES PACT WITH VIEWERS CHOICE ON CENTER ICE

          Viewers Choice and the NHL have signed a multi-year
     agreement to allow the distribution of the NHL Center Ice
     package on digital cable.  Cable operators who sign up for
     the carriage of the NHL Center Ice package will be able to
     offer it after the NHL All-Star Game in February.  Viewers'
     Choice's iN Demand will distribute the games to digital
     cable operators via satellite.  NHL Center Ice will be first
     available at a suggested retail price of $99 for a half-
     season package.  In subsequent seasons, digital cable
     subscribers can purchase a full season at $139 (NHL).
