          N.Y.-based Palladium Co. has "formed a partnership"
     with Mavericks Owner Ross Perot Jr. and Southwest Sports
     Group CEO Tom Hicks to build retail, residential, office,
     hotel and entertainment space surrounding the American
     Airlines Center (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 11/12)....In Raleigh,
     Sarah Lindenfield reports that the Capital Area Soccer
     League "wants to build" a $35M soccer complex, a project
     that is "big enough to attract national and international
     teams and perhaps, someday, a professional team." 
     Lindenfield notes that the organization "envisions" a
     10,000-to-12,000 seat stadium where seating capacity
     "eventually could be doubled" (NEWS & OBSERVER, 11/12).
