YOUNG GUNS: SBJ UNVEILS INAUGURAL FORTY UNDER 40 CLUB

          The SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL (sister publication of THE
     DAILY) released its inaugural "Forty Under 40" list, and
     Bill King writes that "many of the executives who are
     driving a relatively immature industry are younger than
     those in parallel positions in other fields."  King: "Sports
     has no shortage of under-40 executives who are making an
     impact.  In fact, nearly 300 were nominated.  What follows
     is a sampling of 40 of them who have caught our eye this
     year."  King writes that "emphasis" was placed on
     "achievement," along with many other attributes.  King: "In
     the end, we came up with a list that we hope represents the
     best that the industry has to offer, taken from a cross-
     section of sports and an array of disciplines within those
