FACILITY NOTES

Bills season-ticket holder Mike Dickman filed a formal
complaint with Erie County, claiming his new sideline lower-
bowl seats at Ralph Wilson Stadium violate building codes
because there is not enough space between the seat in front
of him. Dickman said that "he wasn't allowed to bring a
level into the stadium 10 days ago," but he still feels the
distance is "well short of the 10-inch minimum." In
Buffalo, Gene Warner noted that the new seats, equipped with
armrests and cup holders, have "sparked complaints about
cramped legroom" (BUFFALO NEWS, 9/29)....The Pepsi Center
holds its official black-tie opening tonight for 1,000
"movers and shakers" (DENVER POST, 9/30)....Donald Trump
attended the MBNA Gold 400 Winston Cup last weekend at Dover
Downs Int'l Speedway as he continues with plans to build a
racetrack in the N.Y. area (PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS, 9/30).
