SPORTSLINE LINKS WITH ZONENETWORK; LAUNCHES AUCTION SITE

SportsLine USA and ZoneNetwork.com have announced an
exclusive content and e-commerce agreement beginning in
October. The deal calls for ZoneNetwork.com to produce co-
branded sites on CBS.SportsLine.com and become the exclusive
provider of content in a variety of categories, including
mountain, snow and other outdoor sports. SportsLine and
ZoneNetwork.com will also create co-branded stores for each
of SportsLine's worldwide properties. Under the three-year
deal, SportsLine will receive a minority equity in
ZoneNetwork.com, a multi-million dollar fee in exchange for
promotion of the co-branded site and stores, in addition to
commissions on advertising and merchandise revenue in excess
of certain levels. ZoneNetwork.com will receive all revenue
from merchandise sales and advertising from the co-branded
site and stores. In other news, SportsLine announced the
launch of the FairMarket Auction Network, a business-to-
consumer online auction site. The site will offer sporting
goods, merchandise, equipment and memorabilia both unique
and from SportsLine's e-commerce site (SportsLine).
