EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          MOVES AND PROMOTIONS AT ADVANTAGE: Advantage Int'l has
     promoted seven senior staff members: NANCY MORTON was named
     Senior VP/Finance; while IVAN BRIXI, PATRICK MCGEE, BEAT
     RITSCHARD, JORGE SALKELD and FRANK ZECCA were named
     VP/Worldwide Athlete Representation; and LORI SABET was
     named VP/Human Resources & Administration (Advantage).
     Meanwhile, Athlete and Corporate Dir of PR GREG ABEL has
     resigned to join VA-based Sandbox.com.  Abel has been
     replaced by DAVID SCHWAB (THE DAILY).
          EXECS: Former Reebok Asia Pacific Dir of Human
     Resources ROSS REGIS has opened the OR-based executive
     search firm Search Synergy Inc. Search Synergy will offer
     its services to clients in the footwear, activewear, outdoor
     and sporting goods industries.  Regis spent seven years at
     Reebok (Search Synergy)....Global Sports named ARTHUR MILLER
     Exec VP & General Counsel.  Miller was with Philadelphia law
     firm Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley (Global Sports)....The
     N.Y. Road Runners Club named RICHARD FINN as Dir of PR. 
     Finn most recently was Dir of PR for the '99 Women's World
     Cup (NYRRC)....RICK BARAKAT was named ACC Properties
     Marketing Services Coordinator, and ASHLEY LONG has been
     named Raycom Sports Research Manager (Raycom Sports)....PSP
     Sports named DAVE MOSCA as Account Manager.  Mosca was Sales
     Manager at the Sports Advertising Network.  PSP also named
     NICOLE TROPEA as Administrative Assistant (PSP Sports).  
          TEAM MOVES: The Knicks named STEVE MILLS as VP/
     Franchise Operations.  Mills "will take over marketing
     duties" previously held by ERNIE GRUNFELD (N.Y. POST, 9/23).
     ...Former NHL Oilers/VP Corporate Communications & Marketing
     TRISH KERR has been named VP/Marketing for the Capitals. 
     Meanwhile, Washington Sports & Entertainment named GUILLERMO
     LOPEZ as Dir of Corporate Marketing.  Lopez was an Account
     Manager for CBS Promotions Group (THE DAILY)....The 76ers
     named CHRIS WALLACE Coordinator of Communications (76ers).
