PSP TAKES OVER PUBLISHING OF NBA'S INSIDE STUFF TITLE

          PSP has signed a long-term deal to take over as
     publisher of the NBA's Inside Stuff magazine.  PSP named
     Tony Gervino as Editor-in-Chief of the magazine.  Gervino
     previously was Editor-in-Chief of Slam.  Starting with the
     December '99 issue, PSP will publish NBA Inside Stuff bi-
     monthly in the U.S. and Canada.  The magazine has a cover
     price of $2.95 per issue and an ad rate base of 300,000
     (PSP).  PSP also publishes HOOP, the official publication of
     the NBA.  NBA Inside Stuff had been jointly published by
     Time Inc. and the league up until the beginning of this
     year, when the NBA handled it in-house (THE DAILY).
