          In Palm Beach, John Murawski reported that FL-based
     Visual Edge Systems CEO Earl Takefman and President Richard
     Parker "have been ousted by the company, and now the two
     sides are bickering over $550,000 in severance pay."  Visual
     Edge board Chair Ronald Seale has become interim CEO (PALM
     BEACH POST, 9/21)....IL-based Internet firm Ignite Sports
     Media has closed a $3M round of financing led by venture
     capital fund Kettle Partners, as well as Austin Ventures,
     New World Ventures and Carlin Ventures (Ignite)....Florida
     Panthers Holdings will change its name to Boca Resorts Inc.,
     effective September 28, in order to strengthen its position
     in the luxury segment of the resort market (THE DAILY).
