     PETER RUPPE was named VP/Global Footwear and JIM TUCKER was
     named VP & GM of Nike U.K. (Nike)....Former Reebok President
     & CEO BOB MEERS was named CEO at Boston-based fitness Web
     site FitForAll.com.  AD AGE cites NBC "insiders" who say
     that NBC Senior VP/News, Sports and Olympics Ad Sales DUNCAN
     RYDER "has quietly been relieved of his duties selling the
     Olympics and will likely soon leave the network" (AD AGE,
     9/17)....Fox Channels Groups named GUY SOUSA as Exec VP/Ad
     Sales, and promoted MICHAEL BROCHSTEIN to Exec VP/Ad Sales
     for the Health Network and GREG MCCASTLE to Exec VP/Fox
     Sports Net Local Ad Sales (Fox)....ESPN named N.Y. Bureau
