          The Browns will increase security in the 10,000-seat
     Dawg Pound section. Browns season ticket-holder Joe
     Fortunato: "I don't have a problem with the new rules as
     long as they don't get too restrictive" (USA TODAY, 9/10).
     ...ANC Sports Enterprises will provide rotational signage
     for Pac Bell Park.  Under terms of the agreement, ANC will
     provide the Giants with 300 feet of wall-mounted facia
     signage and 20 feet of home plate signage.  ANC Sports now
     provides signage to ten MLB teams (ANC Sports)....Ross Perot
     Jr.'s Hillwood Development "is wooing" Neiman Marcus to move
     its flagship downtown store to the new Victory sports arena
     development (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 9/10)....In Atlanta, Dan
     Hulbert profiled Turner Sports & Entertainment Development
     President Janet Marie Smith, who is overseeing construction
     of Philips Arena.  Braves & Hawks President Stan Kasten:
     "There is not a single team in the country that doesn't want
     Janet's services at some point" (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 9/9).
