     Association of Sports Officials Chair, replacing DEAN
     CROWLEY (NASO)....Former ECHL Express radio announcer DARREN
     ABBOTT will become ECHL Stingrays Dir of Broadcasting and
     will host the team's weekly TV show (ROANOKE TIMES,
     6/29)....ATP Tour Player Services Coordinator NORMA NIETO
     will be leaving the tour July 6 and will be replaced by LYN
     RYMAN (Player Services)....The Suns named SRO Communications
     co-Founder RAY ARTIGUE as VP/Marketing & Communications
     (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 7/5)....Davidson College SID EMIL
     PARKER is retiring after 31 years (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 7/4).
