WALL STREET SPORTS AND SANDBOX MERGE FOR JOINT WEB SITE

          Wall Street Sports and Sandbox Entertainment Corp. have
     merged and now report that the joint sports and financial
     entertainment company has a membership base of more than 1.8
     million.  The new company will change its name to
     Sandbox.com Inc., and Sandbox Entertainment Corp. Chair John
     Fullmer will remain in his role, while Wall Street Sports
     President & CEO Larry Cotter will become President & CEO of
     the new company.  The company will maintain two separate Web
     sites, located at http://www.wallstreetsports.com and
     http://www.sandbox.net.  The company has secured the
     sandbox.com domain name and plans to build its complete
     network using the URL by mid-August (Sandbox).
