          NO LIMIT SPORTS Founder PERCY "MASTER P" MILLER is
     profiled in the current issue of SI by Michael Silver, who
     writes that No Limit's signing of Saints RB RICKY WILLIAMS
     "sent shock waves through the sports world."  Silver: "If
     nothing else, No Limit has made the world of sports
     representation less boring."  Miller: "I wanted a sports
     agency only when I saw the way athletes were being
     mishandled, the way agents only cared about them when they
     were playing" (SI, 7/19 issue)....At the Senior PGA Tour's
     Ameritech Open pro-am yesterday, MICHAEL JORDAN said he was
     "one hundred percent" sure that his retirement from the NBA
     is final (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 7/16).  REUTERS writes that
     Jordan's affiliation with NIKE "could help him make the move
     to pro golf," as playing on the Nike Tour "interests Jordan"
     (REUTERS, 7/16)....JULIE FOUDY will "deliver the keynote
     address" at this year's EMPIRE STATE GAMES' opening
     ceremonies at Hofstra Univ. next week (Albany TIMES-UNION,
     7/16)....A "special mix of sand and clay for covering tennis
     courts" that Russia imported from Sweden for this weekend's
     DAVIS CUP quarterfinals "was found to be radioactive and had
     to be sent back" (AP, 7/16).
