DETROIT, ROCKERS-LESS CITY: ILITCH TO SELL NPSL TEAM

          Red Wings/Tigers Owner Mike Ilitch has put the NPSL
     Rockers up for sale, according to Bev Eckman of the DETROIT
     NEWS.  If Ilitch doesn't find a buyer, "speculation is that
     the team might fold."  Rockers Dir of Operations Mike
     Zaretti: "Selling the Rockers is a business decision.  The
     Ilitch organization wants to focus on its core business, the
     Red Wings, Tigers and Comerica Park" (DETROIT NEWS, 6/11).
