EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          PETER BRICKMAN was named Senior Dir of Broadcast
     Operations and Technology for NFL Enterprises, where he will
     oversee the league's Sunday Ticket package and also support
     NFL Interactive, NFL Films and other issues.   Most
     recently, Brickman headed up the Media Technologies Group at
     HLW Int'l (NFL)....BRANDWEEK's Terry Lefton reports that
     "Longtime" MasterCard VP/Global Promotions & Sponsorships
     MAVA HEFFLER has left as "a company wide reorganization
     continues."  Heffler oversaw MasterCard's World Cup
     sponsorship.  Lefton adds that MLB VP/Team Services MARK
     GORRIS has left to return to the MLB Cardinals' front office
     (BRANDWEEK, 5/17).....In the SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, Noah
     Liberman reports that CBS SportsLine VP/Programming and Exec
     Producer ROSS LEVINSOHN will join S.F.-based Web portal Alta
     Vista as VP and GM at the end of May (SBJ, 5/17 issue).
