EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          SportsChannel FL named BRAD HEARD as VP/Programming &
     Operations, DALE HUBER as VP/Finance & Administration, LARRY
     HOEPFNER as VP/Sales & Marketing and ALLYSON MEYERS as
     General Sales Manager (SportsChannel)....The Packers have
     named KEN HEROCK VP/Personnel.  Herock worked previously as
     a scout for the Raiders (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL-SENTINEL, 4/26).
     ...Muhleman Marketing named STEVEN MOORE as Senior
     VP/Strategic Planning.  Moore had previously served Brand
     Dir of Coca-Cola Great Britain/Ireland.  Moore will join
     TAMERA GREEN and D. LEE MUHLEMAN to manage Muhleman
     Marketing's day-to-day business operations (Muhleman).
     ...Footstar announced that RALPH PARKS will retire as
     President & CEO of its FootAction division. Parks will
     remain in his role until a replacement is named (Footstar).
