FACILITY NOTES: GOING TO NAME, THIS BROKE-DOWN PALACE

CHANGES AT THE PALACES: Palace Sports President Tom
Wilson was at the Ice Palace on Tuesday and said that the
facility is "probably $20-million away from where it should
be," adding that "improvements must be made." Wilson also
said that while naming rights to the Ice Palace "would not
be packaged" with those for The Palace of Auburn Hills, it
"might take awhile" before they are sold. Wilson: "It's
something you might want to wait on for a year and hope you
have a better product" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 4/16).
