          Former Jazz co-Owner GERALD BAGLEY died of cancer on
     Friday at the age of 77 (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 4/11)....Former
     Orioles Owner JEROLD HOFFBERGER passed away Friday at the
     age of 80 (Baltimore SUN, 4/10)....LANCE ROBBINS, Exec
     Producer of "MICHAEL JORDAN: AN AMERICAN HERO," which aired
     last night on the Fox Family Channel: "We barely touch on
     the gambling.  This is a valentine to him" (ATLANTA
     CONSTITUTION, 4/12)....More than 7,000 turned out at Texas
     Stadium Saturday for a chance to be in OLIVER STONE'S "ANY
     GIVEN SUNDAY" (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 4/11)....ANDRE AGASSI
     and BROOKE SHIELDS have filed for divorce in Las Vegas. 
     Shields said in a statement the two "will remain the best of
     friends" (LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL, 4/10)....China Premier
     ZHU RONGJI "showed no disappointment when" no members of the
     BRONCOS showed up for his visit to the team's training camp
     site Saturday.  JOHN ELWAY did attend a dinner for Zhu
     Saturday evening (AP, 4/11)....ITT Corp.'s CAESARS PALACE
     and the DESERT INN will offer bettors the opportunity to
     wager on NBA and NHL games for the first time in four years,
     since ITT finalized the sale of its stake in MSG to
     CABLEVISION last week (L.V. REVIEW-JOURNAL, 4/10)....Figure
     Skating coach RICHARD CALLAGHAN was a guest on ABC's "Good
     Morning America" and denied reports that he engaged in
     inappropriate sexual behavior with skater CRAIG MAURIZI, who
     registered a complaint last month with the USFSA, and was
     featured in Sunday's N.Y. TIMES....JOE MONTANA appeared on
     "GMA" this morning to discuss his participation in today's
     launch of the Arthritis Awareness Campaign.  Montana battles
