HE BURKHARDT FOR THE MONEY, SO HARD FOR IT HONEY!

          WILLIAM BURKHARDT was promoted to Senior VP & Managing
     Dir of ESPN Int'l.  Since '97, Burkhardt has been Senior VP
     focusing on many of ESPN's int'l operations.  He will now
     oversee all of ESPN Int'l's operations including
     programming, marketing, sales and network distribution.  He
     is based in N.Y. and reports to ESPN President GEORGE
     BODENHEIMER (ESPN).  Burkhardt replaces DAVID ZUCKER who
     left the company in late January (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 3/19).
