newsletter, "netSports." Scheduled for publication 50 times
per year, the newsletter, delivered via e-mail or fax, will
track activities of organizations involved in the
development and distribution of streaming sports video/audio
and other emerging technologies designed to bring live and
digitally recorded sports programming and highlights to
consumers over computer networks. "netSports" will also
