MILE HIGH PRICES: NEW SUITES TO ALMOST TRIPLE IN PRICE

Luxury-suite prices at the Broncos' new stadium will
cost $500 to $821 per person per game, "as much as three
times" as high as Mile High Stadium prices, according to
Kevin Flynn of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS. In addition to the
suites, which will range in price from $70,000 to $125,000
depending on location, the new stadium will also feature
8,500 club seats with a separate concourse and private
lounges. Broncos VP/Business Operations Joe Ellis: "Our
research told us people wanted better amenities. These
executive suites will be a significant upgrade from the Mile
High loge boxes and penthouse suites." Ellis, on the cost
of suites at the new stadium: "I have heard some complaining
and disappointment, but I have to walk each and every person
through the presentation." The current per-person cost of a
Mile High suite ranges from $262 to $360 (RMN, 2/26).
