          The following is a ratings comparison between "Fox     Sports News" and "SportsCenter," as reported by David Barron     of the HOUSTON CHRONICLE.  ESPN's ratings are based on a     subscriber base of 75.6 million viewers and are for the     11:00pm ET broadcast of "SportsCenter."  "Fox Sports News'"     numbers are based on a subscriber base of 62 million viewers     and FSN combines hourly ratings for its 10:00pm & 11:00pm     shows to produce one rating (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 2/20).
