EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The SportsBusiness Journal's Josh Gotthelf reports that
     ANDREW BRANDT has been named Dir of Player Finance/Football
     Operations for the Packers.  Brandt, who was most recently a
     VP at Woolf Associates, will be the team's chief contract
     negotiator (THE DAILY)....Lifetime named CAROLE BLACK as
     President & CEO, replacing DOUG MCCORMICK.  Black was
     President & CEO of KNBC-TV in L.A. (AD AGE, 2/16)....The
     Hawks recently named DEXTER SANTOS as Dir of Marketing. 
     Santos had served in the same position with the Braves for
     nine years (THE DAILY)....DAVID WOLLOCH, formerly MLB Giants
     Senior Account Exec, was named Dir of Sales for Sacramento-
     based River City Baseball and its sales and marketing group,
     MGO Marketing.  Wolloch is responsible for marketing luxury
     suites and sponsorships for the proposed Raley's Field minor
     league facility in Sacramento (MGO)....MARK SCHULZ and PHIL
     WINTERS have joined Fogdog Sports as Dir of Brand
     Development and Dir of Supplier Development, respectively. 
     Schulz was formerly with Galyans Trading Company (Fogdog).
