SNYDER AND MILSTEIN JOIN FORCES FOR BID ON REDSKINS

          Bethesda-based business exec Daniel Snyder and a N.Y.
     investment group headed by Isles co-Owner Howard Milstein
     have "joined forces" to bid for the Redskins, according to
     sources of Thomas Heath of the WASHINGTON POST.  The group 
     also includes real estate and business exec Mort Zuckerman,
     an investor who was "firmed up in the preparation" for a
     preliminary bid which is due Monday.  Heath writes that by
     merging with Snyder, Milstein adds a "strong" DC "business
     component and local presence" (WASHINGTON POST, 11/20).
