     aren't "happy" with the Stadium Building Licenses for the
     team's new stadium, "don't expect a torch-bearing mob
     outside Three Rivers with a lynching rope anytime soon." 
     Fan Jim Nicely, on the SBLs: "I guess it's like buying a
     Harley-Davidson.  You get your money back in the end" (POST-
     GAZETTE, 11/10)....U.S. Sen.-elect Charles Schumer (D-NY):
     "There will not be a federal nickel or penny to move the
     Yanks out of the Bronx" (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 11/10).
