EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CT-based Millsport has promoted MARK LEVINE to
     VP/Corporate Communications.  Levine was formerly an Account
     Supervisor for Millsport (Millsport)....GARY TONEY will
     serve another two-year term as USA Boxing President.  Also
     re-elected were VP DR. ROBERT VOY and Treasurer DEMO
     AUCLAIR, with SANDY MARTINEZ-PINO elected Secretary (Mult.,
     10/20)....The PAC-10 named DANIEL COONAN as Assistant
     Commissioner for Governance and Enforcement.  In addition,
     MICHAEL MATTHEWS was promoted to Assistant Commissioner for
     Compliance (PAC-10)....JAY FEASTER was named Assistant GM
     for the Lightning.  Feaster was President of the Hershey
     Bears and VP/Hershey Sports & Entertainment (Lightning).
