EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Astros extended the contract of GM GERRY HUNSICKER
     through 2000 (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 10/15)....BILL LARSEN will
     "relinquish his duties" as GM of the Class AAA Nashville
     Sounds.  Larsen will remain with Sounds Owner American
     Sports Enterprises in a consulting role (TENNESSEAN, 10/14).
     ....NESN named MIKE PERLOW as New Feature Producer for the
     "Front Row" sports program (NESN)....Int'l Speedway Corp.
     named DARYL WOLFE as Manager of Marketing Partnerships,
     beginning October 19.  Wolfe was formerly the Publicity
     Manager for Daytona Int'l Speedway (ISC).
