BILLS MAKE CHANGES AS VP/ADMINISTRATION MILLER LEAVES TEAM

          The Bills "parted company with one of their top
     administrators Thursday" as VP/Administration Jim Miller
     "left the team," according to Mark Gaughan of the BUFFALO
     NEWS.  The Bills termed his departure a resignation, but
     sources "indicated that his departure was forced by the
     club."   Miller was hired in March '97 after spending 11
     years with the Saints.  Miller: "It didn't turn out to be a
     very good fit from either of our perspectives."   Gaughan:
     "The Bills' unhappiness with Miller's oversight of the
     team's marketing operation is believed to be a main reason
     for his departure."  The move is "not expected to affect"
     the team's pursuit to sell suites and luxury boxes in order
     to qualify for state aid (Mark Gaughan, BUFFALO NEWS, 9/25).
