EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BOBBY GOLDWATER was named Senior VP & GM of the Staples
     Center.  He was most recently VP/Facilities Presentation at
     Madison Square Garden.  In addition, KEVIN MURPHY was named
     VP/Development at Staples Center and LEO ZEIDMAN was named
     VP/Operations at the facility (Staples Center)....The IHL
     re-elected Lumberjacks Owner & GM LARRY GORDON as its Chair. 
     Gordon will serve his fourth successive season in the post
     (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 7/3)....ISL has appointed JOHN
     ROWADY as VP of its CART project and Deputy GM of ISL USA. 
     Rowady was formerly Network Sales Manager at FSN (ISL)....
     TOM O'RIORDAN was named Exec VP/COO of Fila USA.  He was
     most recently Dir of Sales & Marketing at adidas America. 
     Fila USA also named DOUG HERKNER as Senior VP/Business
     Development (Fila USA)....Nike named BRUCE SCHILLING Dir of
     U.S. Sports Marketing.  Schilling was most recently manager
     of Nike's global tennis sports marketing....HOWARD WHITE has
     been appointed as the first VP/Sports Marketing for the
     Jordan Brand.  He was most recently Dir of Athletic
     Relations for Nike (Nike).
