EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The ECHL Trenton Titans appointed RICHARD LISK VP/Sales
     & Marketing.  Lisk will assist in the development and
     implementation of the marketing plan to introduce the team
     and the league to the Trenton area (Titans)....NJ-based
     Justballs!, which specializes in the sales of balls of all
     kinds over the Internet, named its exec management team. 
     JOSHUA WORBY was named VP/Marketing. Worby was formerly
     Licensing Manager at NBAP; JOSEPH RUGGEAR as VP/Logistics
     and STEVEN GERKE as VP/Merchandising.  Gerke was most
     recently VP/DMM at Foot Locker (Justballs!)....And 1 named
     SEAN CARNEY VP & Dir of International Sales and RAY BUCK Dir
     of West Coast Team Sales.  Buck was most recently Converse's
     Manager of West Region Sports Marketing (And 1).
