Nike has filed a motion in S.F. County Superior Court, requesting that the case be put on hold until its argument for dismissal can be heard (REUTERS/L.A. TIMES, 6/30). Nike spokesperson Vada Manager: "The request by the plaintiff is to produce at the minimum about 46 million documents, which we find somewhat onerous." Among the documents requested are pay stubs for about 500,000 workers for more than seven years (USA TODAY, 6/30).
