EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Columbia Sportswear named JOSE GARCIA Senior Designer
     for its Convert Board Apparel line (Columbia)....LEIGH
     THRELKEL joined Millsport as an Account Exec.  She will work
     on Visa's sponsorship portfolio, which includes the NFL, the
     Olympics and NASCAR (Millsport)....NY-based ATHLETE
     MARKETING INT'L will relocate its corporate offices to
     Atlanta on July 1 (AMI)....JOE ZAJAC was named Manager of
     CT-based SRi PRIME Consulting USA.  He had been Assistant GM
     of the Class AA New Haven Ravens (SRi)....PAT NORTON and
     NORTON COMMUNICATIONS have been retained by Manhattan Woods
     Golf Club in West Nyack, NY, for PR and Special Events
     projects. Manhattan Woods is the first GARY PLAYER Signature
     Design Course in the NY metropolitan area (Norton).
