TSA Vice Chair MARTIN HANAKA will assume Lynch's duties (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 6/18)....Former NFL player SOLOMON WILCOTS has joined ESPN as a Bureau Reporter based in Cincinnati (ESPN)....Woolf Associates announced the promotion of ANNE MARIE BOUCHER to Account Supervisor (Woolf)....The USOC promoted ERIC PARTHEN to Manager of its Grants & Planning Division (USOC)....MARK ELLIS was named Sales Development Dir for Sports Illustrated in N.Y.
