THE MARQUEE GROUP LANDS ON THE GREEN WITH GOLF FIRM BUY

The Marquee Group has acquired VA-based Cambridge Sports International, a firm representing pro golfers. Cambridge's clients include John Daly, Scott Hoch, Michael Bradley and Scott Verplank (The Marquee Group). DAILY VARIETY's John Dempsey reports that the purchase was "for about $2 million in cash and stock" (DAILY VARIETY, 6/16).
