NOTES: In Baltimore, Milton Kent reports that ratings for the Orioles' over-the-air carriers, WJZ and WNUV, "are off" 29% from last year, and the audience share is down 23%. Last year, the two stations combined for a 11.9/22, compared to an 8.5/17 though the first 20 telecasts of '98. Kent notes the O's 31% drop in winning percentage from the same point last year (SUN, 6/12)....CBS's two-day Kemper Open average of 2.5/7 was its highest since '95 (THE DAILY).
