EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          APPOINTMENTS AT THE NTRA: The NTRA announced its new
     management team and senior staff: GREG AVIOLI, former
     General Counsel of ISES, was named Senior VP/Business
     Affairs.  RICK BAEDEKER, most recently VP/Marketing and PR
     for Hollywood Park, was named Senior VP/Marketing.  BASIL
     DEVITO, former Exec VP & COO at Titan Sports, Inc., becomes
     Senior VP/TV and Sponsorships.  NICK NICHOLSON, most
     recently Exec VP and Exec Dir of The Jockey Club, was named
     Senior VP and Exec Dir.  MARK WILSON was named as Special
     Assistant to Commissioner TIM SMITH.  He was most recently
     President of Hubbard Enterprises (NTRA).
          OTHER MOVES: The Wild named RAY CHANDLER as Arena
     Project Dir.  He was Senior VP at HOK Sport (Wild)...Former
     Redskins/Cowboys QB BABE LAUFENBERG was named Sports Anchor
     at Dallas' KTVT-11, a CBS affil (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 6/10).
