          In N.Y., Jay Privman reports that if Real Quiet
     captures the Belmont Stakes, Owner Mike Pegram will receive
     a $5M bonus from Visa, which sponsors the Triple Crown (N.Y.
     TIMES, 5/29)....IMG Motorsports announced that Ford Motor
     Co. is sponsoring Ford Free Prix Day, Friday, June 5 at the
     ITT Automotive Detroit Grand Prix in an effort to raise
     money and increase awareness for two MI non-profit charities
     (IMG)....The NFL Cardinals will use NJ-based Princeton Video
     Image's L-VIS system during the '98 NFL preseason.  As part
     of the deal, Princeton will receive a portion of all gross
     revenues generated by the Cardinals through this technology
     (PVI)....PYA/Monarch Inc., a division of Sara Lee, will be
     the presenting sponsor of the Nike Tour Championship at
     Magnolla Grove in Mobile, AL, October 19-25 (PGA Tour).
     ...Huffy Corp. said it will close its 40-year-old plant in
     Celina, OH, and "dismiss" 950 workers, to combat what it
     called increasingly "fierce Asian competition" in the
     bicycle business (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 5/29).
