THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY and the Fox Sports/TMG Poll
     asked 1,133 Americans and Canadians ages 12+ in the month of
     April to rate how "acceptable" it is for a company to
     sponsor each of the following items.  Ratings are on a scale
     of 1 to 5, 1 being "not at all acceptable," 3 being
