EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          USA Network Founder, Chair & CEO KAY KOPLOVITZ said she
     was leaving the company.  BARRY DILLER, whose HSN Inc.
     agreed to acquire USA Network last October, is expected to
     assume direct control (N.Y. TIMES, 4/9)....The '99 FIFA
     Women's World Cup Organizing Committee named two more Venue
     Directors, hiring HEATHER QUINN to run DC's Jack Kent Cooke
     Stadium and RICHARD MUSCHELL to oversee S.F.'s venue
     operations at both Spartan Stadium and Stanford Stadium. 
     Quinn was a consultant for the Davis Cup. Muschell was the
     Warriors Dir of Premium Seat Marketing (WWC)....SHARON FANTO
     was named General Sales Manager at Fox Sports Detroit. 
     Fanto was VP/GSM at Fox KTBC and KVC in Austin, TX (FSD).
