          The purse for the National Finals Rodeo will increase
     almost 24% this year, as it rises to $4.2M (DALLAS MORNING
     NEWS, 4/23)....Actors Tim Allen, Matt LeBlanc, Craig T.
     Nelson and Martin Sheen are among celebrities who will join
     host Don Johnson and NASCAR at "NASCAR's Night In Hollywood
     -- A Golden Celebration," on May 1 at L.A.'s Wiltern
     Theatre.  ESPN will air the event, which celebrates NASCAR's
     50th anniversary, as a two-hour, prime-time special on May 2
     (ESPN)....The NCAA will hold its fourth annual Title IX
     seminar May 12 & 13 at the Westin Hotel in Chicago (NCAA).
